The Wukchumni Community Land Trust aims to create a modern village that honors Wukchumni culture and traditional lifeways, provide affordable housing to income qualified community members, and acquire a land that will be held in perpetuity for our future generations. Wukchumni CLT is a California Corporation in the process of incorporating as a Federal 501(c)3 organization.

The idea for Wukchumni CLT comes from multiple visioning sessions and conversations that have been guided by feedback from Wukchumni youth, adults, and elders. This CLT will nourish the Wukchumni spirit and way of life, while honoring past and future generations. our sites will include affordable and accessible quality-built, energy efficient homes, community gardens, multi-use gathering spaces, playgrounds, and ceremonial grounds. Wukchumni CLT will offer a pathway to reclaiming traditions and community wellness.
